No power
There is no apparent power to the console. LEDs and LCDs are not lit up and keys are not functioning.
1.
Check wall socket for power (Procedure 1).
2.
Check AC adapter for correct output (Procedure 2).
3.
Check input jack for power (Procedure 3).
4.
Check wiring harness (Procedure 4).
5.
Replace console (Procedure 5) .
E-1 Message
There is an error message E-1 showing on the data matrix.
1.
Unplug the power cord and plug back in.
2.
Check motor on brake assembly (Procedure 9).
3.
Check wiring harness (Procedure 4).
4.
Replace brake assembly (Procedure 9).
Partial LED's
The console has power but some of the console lights are dim or out completely.
1.
Check wall socket for power (Procedure 1).
2.
Check AC adapter for correct output (Procedure 2).
3.
Check input jack for power (Procedure 3).
4.
Check wiring harness (Procedure 4).
5.
Replace console (Procedure 5).
Keys Not Responding
No changes when keys are depressed.
1.
Check user's programming (See owner's manual).
2.
Check wiring harness (Procedure 4).
3.
Run console test program (See test program instructions).
4.
Replace console (Procedure 5).
Console Resets
The console starts normally then resets during workout.
1.
Check input jack for power (Procedure 3).
2.
Check wiring harness (Procedure 4).
3.
Check user's programming (See owner's manual).
4.
Replace console (Procedure 5).
Console Frozen
No change in display or data.
1.
Unplug the power cord and plug back in.
2.
Check user's programming (See owner's manual).
3.
Check wiring harness (Procedure 4).
4.
Replace console (Procedure 5).
