Protecting scenes/still pictures

Scenes/still pictures can be protected so that they are not deleted by mistake.
(Even if you protect some scenes/still pictures, formatting the media will delete them.)
≥ Change the mode to

Select the menu.
: [VIDEO SETUP] or [PHOTO SETUP] # [SCENE PROTECT]

Select the scene/still picture to be protected and press the button in
the centre.
≥ When the button in the centre is pressed, the scene/still picture is selected and
appears on the thumbnail. Select the scene/still picture again and press the button in the
centre to cancel the operation.
≥ Press the MENU button to complete the settings.
