The foregoing warranty shall not apply to a meter
which is damaged by accident or subject to alteration,
misuse, tampering, and/or abuse, including the use of
Dispatch products. Meters which show damage

or misuse will be handled in accordance with the
non-warranty service policy of Roche Diagnostics.
The warranty of the repaired/replacement meter will
expire on the date of the original warranty expiration
or ninety (90) days after shipment of a replacement
system, whichever period is longer.
