Clean Milk Pipework Of Any Blockages - Miele CVA 5065 Operating And Installation Instructions

To clean the pipework in the lid for
the stainless steel milk flask, fill the
larger of the two plastic containers
to the "max." mark with lukewarm
tap water to dissolve the cleaning
agent.
Fit the lid from the milk flask to the
container, making sure that it
engages correctly. Hang it in the
machine where the stainless steel
milk flask normally sits.
It is important to use the Miele
cleaning agent as it has been
developed for this coffee machine. It
is available via the internet at
www.miele-shop.com (depending on
country) or from your Miele
Chartered Agent or from Miele.
The milk pipework will now be cleaned.
The pipework is clean once Prog.
finished appears in the display. You
can then switch the machine off.
Cleaning and care
Clean milk pipework of any
blockages
If you are getting steam instead of milk
from the central spout the milk
pipework in the machine is probably
blocked.
^ Take the lid off the central spout. Pull
the jets out of the central spout. (See
"Central spout").
^ Open the door.
^ Remove the stainless steel milk flask
and clean it making sure you
thoroughly clean the area around the
handle (see "Stainless steel milk
flask").
^ Release the cover to the milk
pipework by pressing the tabs in on
the left and right-hand sides.
