4. Remove brush holder.

5. Note location of remaining insulating washers
and nuts and remove.
6. Scribe a mark on rear end frame, stator and front
end frame to ensure proper reassembly later.
7. Remove the four screws which secure end
frames and stator together.
! CAUTION
Do not insert screwdriver blades deeper than 1/16
in. (1.58 mm) to avoid damaging stator windings.
