What is a device? For the purposes of this document it is an item of
equipment such as a TV, DVD player, satellite or Freeview box, MP3
player, Blackberry, telephone or mobile phone.
What is Bluetooth? Bluetooth is a wireless protocol designed to allow
two devices to communicate with each other without the need for
cables. Practically this means that you can connect two devices
together from various different manufacturers.
What is pairing? Pairing is the name of the process that is used to
form the connection between two Bluetooth devices.
