what would cause a speed scrub SS-5 to not let the head go up or down. i have replaced the switch already

- A faulty scrub head (up/down) switch – Contact the Service Center.
- A faulty trigger switch – Contact the Service Center.
- A faulty brush motor or wiring – Contact the Service Center.
- Worn carbon brushes – Contact the Service Center.
