Push
There is a fuel cutoff switch behind
the glove box on the centre console
side.
To locate the switch, open the glove
box and disengage the two tabs by
pushing on each side panel, then
pivot the glove box out of the way.
Extend your arm through the
opened glove box.

In a collision or sudden impact, this
switch automatically cuts off the fuel
supply to the engine.
Fuel Cutoff System (For some types)
After the switch has activated, it
must be reset by pressing the button
before the engine can be restarted.
Leaking fuel can ignite or
explode, causing you to be
seriously or fatally injured.
Always check for fuel leaks
before resetting the switch.
