6. Replace it with a new bulb
socket.
7. Plug in the electrical connector
to the new bulb socket.
8. Reinstall the new bulb socket
into the headlamp assembly and
turn it clockwise to secure.
9. Close the hood.

Taillamps, Turn Signal,

Stoplamps, and Back-Up

Lamps

To replace a taillamp assembly bulb:
1. Open the tailgate. See Tailgate
on page 2 10 for more
information.
2. Remove the two taillamp
assembly screws near the
tailgate latch.
3. Pull the taillamp assembly
rearward until the outer pins on
the taillamp assembly disengage
from the vehicle.
Vehicle Care
A. Stoplamp/Turn Signal
Lamp/Taillamp
B. Back-up Lamp
C. Sidemarker Lamp
4. Turn the bulb socket
counterclockwise to remove it
from the taillamp housing.
5. Pull the old bulb straight out
from the socket.
6. Press a new bulb into the socket
and turn the socket clockwise
into the taillamp housing.
7. Reinstall the taillamp assembly.
