Why will my CR2 Bluetooth radio not connect?

Make sure the Bluetooth radio on the host device is installed correctly, turned on,
and ready
2.
The CR2 Bluetooth radio is serial port profile only. Make sure the Bluetooth radio
on the host supports serial ports profile.

Scan codes on page 50 of the CR2 User's Manual to set reader to correct
Radio Frequency (RF) communication mode.
How many CR2 Bluetooth units can connect with one host computer?
1.
Only one CR2 can talk to one computer at any one time. However, we have mode of
operation that allows for the reader to automatically disconnect after sending its data.
Allowing the next reader to make a connection dump its data and then disconnect.
Operating this way you can use multiple CR2's with one computer - just not at the exact
same time. With multiple readers there can be a slight delay from when a code is read to
when the data is sent to the computer. The delay can very depending on how many
CR2's are tying to connect at one time. Note the Router is needed to support this type of
operation.
How do I keep the CR2 unit from losing its settings?
1.
Scan the Save Settings on Reader code.
Why will my reader will not enumerate?
1.
Make sure the reader is set to the correct USB communication mode by scanning
the appropriate code on page 31 of the CR2 User's Manual.
What do the various beeps and lights emited by my reader mean?
1.
Check the CR2 Feedback definition guide on pages 38-39 of the CR2 User's
