(approximately 44 MB) even if there is no memory card. If recording
data to the camera's internal memory, you do not have to insert a
memory card in step 3.3.

• Use the battery to push the orange battery latch in the
direction indicated by the arrow

Inserting the Battery Correctly
Inserting the battery upside down or backwards
could damage the camera. Be sure to check the battery
is in the correct orientation.
