The 'HEPA' alert may still be showing on your Sauber SC-100 vacuum after replacing the filter due to one of the following reasons:
1. Improper Installation – Ensure the new HEPA filter is correctly placed and securely fitted. 2. Reset Not Performed – Some vacuum models require a manual reset after replacing the filter. Check if your model has a reset function. 3. Blocked or Dirty Sensors – Dust or debris on sensors may cause the alert to remain. Clean any relevant sensor areas. 4. Additional Maintenance Needed – If the vacuum uses both a HEPA and a carbon filter, ensure both are replaced if required. 5. System Error – If the issue persists, turn off the vacuum, unplug it, and restart after a few minutes. If the alert remains, contact the nearest Sauber service center.
