DHCP stands for Dynamic Host Control Protocol. The DHCP Server (usually your router) will automatically assign an IP address
to the DAP-1155 . When you turn your DAP-1155 on, it will automatically receive the proper TCP/IP settings provided by the
DHCP Server.
My LAN Use the drop-down menu to select Dynamic IP
Connection is:
(DHCP) to automatically obtain an IP address on
the LAN/private network.
Device Name: Enter the Device Name of the AP. It is recommended
to change the Device Name if there is more than
one D-Link device within the subnet.
