State of winter operation / summer operation

The current operating state of the heating system (summer / winter
operation) can be queried:
Main menu > Heating > Apartment > Summer operation > State:

Beginning of summer / end of summer

From the beginning to the end of summer, the heating system main-
tains summer operation, provided heating mode has been set to
"Auto" (refer to page 26) and no other changeover criterion (e.g.
summer / winter changeover temperature) has become active.

If the date settings for the beginning and the end of summer
coincide, there will be no date-dependent changeover to
summer operation.

Summer / winter changeover temperature

The central apartment unit compares the attenuated outside tempera-
ture with the adjusted summer / winter changeover temperature and
changes the heating mode accordingly, provided no other change-
over criterion (e.g. beginning of summer / end of summer) has be-
come active.

Antilime function

To prevent valves and pumps from seizing, the controller periodically
drives all valves to their fully open positions and activates all con-
nected pumps in a stepwise fashion at predefined points in time.
