Disassembly / Re-Assembly

Disassembly
Taking the Shoprider GK-10 apart is quick and easy, making it very simple for you to
transport and store.
1. Fold down and remove seat.
2. Remove the split battery packs
3. Unlock the tiller from the 5 hole tiller lock
mechanism. Slowly lower the tiller until you are
able to lock the tiller into the lower separate 2
holes on the tiller lock mechanism.
4. To separate the front from the back, firmly grip
the seat post handle. Push the small yellow lock
/ detach lever at the base of the seat post
towards the detach marking. This will unlock the
rear portion of the scooter. Gently lift by the seat
post handle the front portion and separate.
Re-assembly
To reassemble your GK-10, reverse the disassembly procedure.
NOTE: To reattach the rear body to the main scooter, firmly lift the seat post and guide
the main body frame into the rear body frame. Marked by YELLOW arrows.
