<If the error cannot be reset>
If the cutter does not start moving and the printer cover cannot be opened when the FEED
switch is pressed, do not open the cover forcibly. Insert a Phillips screwdriver into the hole
for cutter unlock and turn it in the direction of the arrow (clockwise). Use #1 screwdriver.
Turn the Phillips screwdriver until the cutter blade is most retracted while checking the paper
ejection port. Open the cover and eliminate the cause of the error, such as paper jams.
When the platen is opened (by pushing up the platen open
lever and opening the platen holding unit) during printing

Blinks (long flash pattern)
Recovered when the platen is closed (by closing the platen
holding unit and pushing down the platen open lever).
When the platen is opened (by pushing up the platen open
lever and opening the platen holding unit) during printing

platen is closed.
The cutter cannot be moved. An error occurs.

Recovered when the FEED switch is pressed (when MSW3-1
is set to OFF) or the DLE ENQ 1 or 2 command is sent (when
MSW3-1 is set to ON) after eliminating the cause of the error.
