Disaster Message Board is a service that
lets you register information about your well-
being on IS NET whenever an earthquake
of low-6 intensity or greater or some other
large-scale disaster occurs. Registered
well-being information can be accessed
by au phone users as well as from other
company's phones, computers, etc.
