Piezo Igniter; Pilot Injector; Pilot Burner - Electrolux GSG 580 User's Installation And Servicing Manual

J. PIEZO IGNITER
REMOVE/REPLACE (figure 3)
Follow procedure C.
1.
Disconnect lead (9) from the terminal on the Piezo unit.
2.
Unscrew nut and remove Piezo unit (5) through front

fascia panel.
Replace in reverse sequence.
4.
K. PILOT INJECTOR
CLEAN/RENEW (figure 4)
Follow procedure C.
1.
Unfasten two screws (9) and remove the pilot protection
2.
bracket (10) from inside the grilling compartment.
Unscrew nut (4) and ease tube (5) away from burner.
3.
NOTE: the injector (6) is secured within the tube of the
pilot burner and may have to be extracted by carefully
prising around its edge.
Carefully clean/replace the injector using soft fine wire.
4.
Reassemble by reversing the above procedure.

L. PILOT BURNER
REMOVE/REPLACE (figure 4)
Follow procedure C.
1.
Unscrew two screws (9) and remove the pilot protection
2.
bracket (10) from inside the grilling compartment.
Unscrew nut (4) and ease tube (5) away from the burner.
3.
Unscrew the thermocouple sucuring nut (7) and withdraw
4.
thermocouple (8) from the burner.
