Problem
The device is not turning on or
charging.
Cannot get a GPS signal

Try...
Try charging the device
through a USB cable
connected to a computer. If
the device charges then the
issue may be with the car
charger. If the device still fails
to charge, then the fault is
with the device.
Make sure you are stationary
and have a clear line of sight
to the sky. If this fails to resolve
the issue, please reset the GPS
through the Settings menu of
the device.
