The BIOS firmware supports both legacy BIOS and Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI). All versions of Windows supported for Sun Blade X4-2B UEFI boot mode. You have the option of setting BIOS to either Legacy boot mode or UEFI boot mode before you perform the OS installation.
Install Windows (Oracle System Assistant) The Oracle System Assistant Install OS task is the easiest method for installing a supported OS on the Sun Blade X4-2B.
