Bilge Pumps

Discharge of oil, oil waste, or fuel into navigable waters is prohibited by law. Violators are sub-
ject to legal action by the local authorities.
• Your boat is
equipped with two
bilge pumps for
pumping water out
of the bilge.
• The bilge pumps
are controlled by
automatic float
switches (autofloat
switches) and/or
switches at the
helm.
• The bilge pumps
are wired directly
to the battery.
• Unless the battery
is dead, the pumps
should work even
when the boat is
unattended.
