What to do if ...
The Filter" indicator
lamp is on even though
the filter is free of fluff.

water container overflow

status indicator lamps are
flashing.

has increased

Water is leaking out.
The door opens by itself.
Cause
The filter is blocked.
The condenser unit is clogged.
The water container is full.
The water drainage hose is kinked.
The area between the overflow and
the overflow cap is blocked.
There has been a fault in the
programme sequence or operation.
The maximum drying time for the
programme has been exceeded.
The room is not sufficiently
ventilated.
The ventilation grille is obstructed.
The condenser unit has not been
inserted.
The door and/or maintenance flap
seals are dirty or damaged.
The catch is not engaged.
Solution
Rinse the filter with warm water, dry
it thoroughly (see page 30).
Clean the condenser unit
(see page 32).
Empty the container (page 31).
Unkink the hose.
Wash out the container and the
overflow thoroughly with water.
Clean the fluff filter and the
condenser unit (see pages 30
and 32).
Check the installation conditions
(see page 39).
Switch off the dryer, let it cool and
then switch it on again. Restart the
programme.

Check the installation conditions

Spin the laundry in the washing
machine at the maximum spin
speed.
Ensure sufficient ventilation.
Keep the ventilation grille clear.
Insert the condenser unit.

as the locking catch engages.
