    Battery door with Bluetooth radio 2 Installing/replacing batteries Use only Alkaline batteries in your BL 1000. Please remove the batteries when you are storing the scanner for more than 30 days. 1. Turn the scanner over so that the back faces up.

    Connection icon in the system tray at right side of the task bar. e. Enter 0000 in the Bluetooth Passkey Request dialog box. f. Look at the status of the scanner in the BL 1000 application window. When the status changes to "Connected," the scanner is ready to be used.

    7 Programming Your BL1000 Basic Functions The BL 1000 can be customized to suit your needs. You can use the bar codes below to turn on or off the audible beep, clear the memory, or return the scanner to its factory default settings.

  • Page 7 11- Limited Warranty Baracoda warrants that the BL1000 product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment. Baracoda will, at its option, either repair, replace or refund the purchase price paid by buyer for the defective products.
