Send to E-mail
This transfer agent sends scanned files as e-mail attachments to specified
recipients.
From: enter your name.
Return E-mail Address: enter your e-mail address (up to 128
characters).
To: click this link to open the Addresses popup and select recipients.
Alternatively, for one recipient you may prefer to type the e-mail
address in the text box. If the controller administrator has set up an
LDAP server address search, you can enter just the first few letters of
the e-mail address and then pause. After three seconds, the LDAP
server will do a search and complete the address or provide a list of
addresses from which you can choose.
Subject: enter the e-mail topic (one line).
Include Scan details in e-mail body: uncheck to remove scan details
from e-mail message body.
Body Text: enter any cover message (up to 1 KB).
Attachment File Format:
Message Fragmentation: click the down arrow and choose from
(default),
Retry when E-mail Delivery fails: check to enable retries.
Retry Count: select the number of retries.
Retry Interval: select the interval, in minutes, between retries.
Send to iFax

From: the sender's name.
