Q1：I have followed the instructions above to install and turn on AVerMedia HomeFree
AVplus, but the LED indicator on the front keeps blinking for over one minute.
A1: Please check the connections of the High-Speed Ethernet Cable and the connection
status of your local area network (LAN).
Q2: I activated AVer MediaCenter HomeFree, but I coundn't enter TV page, and there
was "Can't find AVerMedia TV tuner cards" message.
A2: First, try opening the HomeFree Manager Setup Tool and rescan AVerMedia
HomeFree AVplus.
Second, click Scan to check if HomeFree
Manager Setup Tool has detected
AVerMedia HomeFree AVplus.
