Troubleshooting
Check No.01 Turn off the power supply
and rotate the fan by
Refer to P.161
hand.
Turn the power ON and
operate the fan.
Service Diagnosis
Be sure to turn off power switch before connect or disconnect connector,
Caution or parts damage may be occurred.
Does the

fan rotate
smoothly?
YES
Turn off the power supply
NO and disconnect the fan
Does it rotate?
motor connector, then
turn the power ON.
YES
Turn off the power supply
and disconnect the fan
motor connector, then
turn the power ON again.
Stop the fan motor.
Check No.01
Check the output of the
fan motor connector.
Is the
rotation number
NO
command pulse
generated?
YES
Check No.01
Check the output of the
fan motor connector.
Is the motor
NO
power voltage DC
200V generated?
YES
Is the
motor control
NO
power voltage DC 15V
generated?
YES
Check No.01
Check the output of the
fan motor connector.
Is the
rotation
YES
number command
voltage DC 1~6V
generated?
NO
Check No.01
Check the output of the
fan motor connector.
Is the
rotation number
NO
command pulse
generated?
YES
Troubleshooting
Replace fan motor.
Replace the indoor
unit PCB.
Replace the indoor
unit PCB.
Replace the fan
motor.
Note : The motor
may break
when the
motor
connector is
disconnected
while
remaining
power supply.
Replace the fan
motor and the indoor
PCB.
Replace the indoor
unit PCB.
Replace the fan
motor.
Replace the indoor
unit PCB.
