Port Forwarding

This function is used to open ports in your device and re-direct data through these ports to a single PC in your network (WAN-to-LAN traffic). It allows remote users to
access services in your LAN, such as FTP for file transfers or SMTP, and POP3 for e-mail. The device receives remote requests for these services at your public IP
address. It uses the specified TCP or UDP protocol and port, and redirects these requests to the server on your LAN with the specified LAN IP address. Note that the
specified private IP address must be within the available IP address range of the subnet where the device is in.
Choose ADVANCED > Port Forwarding. The page as shown in the figure appears:
