Feedback (Larsen effect):
- Microphone of the speaker unit or of the handset out of housing;
- Adjust volumes (may be to high);
- Intercom defective;
- Speaker unit defective.
The electric lock does not work:
- Pressing the "door open" push button, check that the voltage on the
electric lock terminals is higher than 10Vac;
- Wrong size of cables (see page 25);
- Wires to the electric lock broken or in short circuit;
- Electric Lock defective.
N.B. On systems with privacy of speech, only the last called user is
enabled to talk with the outdoor station and to open the door.

"1+1" AUDIO DOOR ENTRY SYSTEMS (SPEAKER UNIT ART.835M)

Make sure that the voltages on the terminals of the speaker unit are as
shown on page 15.
Particularly check voltages between terminals "D" and "3" relevant to the
operation in progress:
- 10Vdc at least with the system in stand-by;
- Square wave between 0 and -12V while the call push button is pressed;
- 4-6,5Vdc plus speech signal with conversation in progress;
- 2Vdc at most with the "door open" (
Check that the same value of voltages in the same conditions can be
found between the speaker unit terminal "3" and the terminal relevant to
the call push button in use ("Px" or one push button terminal).
No call tone:
- Check the 13Vac voltage between terminals
speaker unit;
- Wires "3" or "P" broken or in short circuit;
- Intercom defective;
- Speaker unit defective;
- "C" and "C1" terminals are not linked.
No speech lines:
- Wires "3" or "1" broken or in short circuit;
- Speaker unit defective;
No speech from the outdoor station to the intercom:
- Speaker unit microphone out of its housing or with outlet hole closed;
- Speaker unit defective;
- Intercom defective;
Feedback (Larsen effect):
- Microphone of the speaker unit or of the handset out of housing;
- Adjust trimmer "BALANCE";
- Adjust volumes (may be to high);
- Intercom defective;
- Speaker unit defective.
Hum:
- Make sure ducts for cables are separated from other electrical lines;
- Wrong size of cables (see page 25);
- Mains power down by 10% of rating.

Si sentono dei fischi durante la conversazione (effetto Larsen):
- Microfono del posto esterno o della cornetta fuori della loro sede;
- Volumi troppo elevati (regolare il volume sul posto esterno);
- Citofono difettoso;
- Portiere elettrico difettoso.
Serratura elettrica non funzionante:
- Verificare che la tensione tra i morsetti della serratura elettrica sia
superiore a 10Vac con il pulsante "apri-porta" premuto;
- Sezione dei fili inadeguata (consultare l'apposito paragrafo a pag.25);
- Fili verso la serratura interrotti o in corto circuito;
- Serratura elettrica difettosa.
N.B. Negli impianti con segreto di conversazione solo l'ultimo utente
chiamato è abilitato a parlare con il posto esterno e ad aprire la porta.

SISTEMI CITOFONICI "1+1" (PORTIERE ELETTRICO ART.835M)

Verificare che sui morsetti del portiere elettrico siano presenti i valori di
tensione riportati a pag.15, prima di procedere con altri controlli.
In particolare, relativamente all'operazione in corso, le tensioni tra i
morsetti "D" e "3" devono essere:
- 10Vdc minimo con il sistema a riposo;
- Onda quadra tra 0 e -12V con il pulsante di chiamata premuto;
- 4-6,5Vdc con segnale fonico sovrapposto durante la conversazione;
- 2,0Vdc massimo con pulsante "apri-porta" (
Verificare che gli stessi valori di tensione siano presenti tra il morsetto "3"
e quello relativo al pulsante di chiamata ("Px" sul portiere elettrico oppure
uno dei morsetti del modulo pulsantiera) nelle stesse condizioni.
Il citofono non suona durante la chiamata:
- Verificare la tensione 13Vac tra i morsetti "
elettrico;
- Fili "3" o "P", interrotti o in cortocircuito;
- Citofono difettoso;
- Portiere elettrico difettoso;
- Collegamento tra i morsetti "C" e "C
Assenza di fonia in ingresso ed in uscita:
- Fili "3" o "1" interrotti o in cortocircuito;
- Portiere elettrico difettoso;
Assenza di fonia dal posto esterno verso il citofono:
- Microfono portiere elettrico fuori posto o con foro di sfogo otturato;
- Portiere elettrico difettoso;
- Citofono difettoso;
Presenza di fischi nella fonia (effetto Larsen):
- Microfono cornetta citofono o portiere elettrico, fuori dalla relativa sede;
- Regolazione errata del trimmer "BALANCE";
- Volume troppo alto;
- Citofono difettoso;
- Portiere elettrico difettoso;
Rumore di fondo nella fonia:
- Conduttori canalizzati insieme alla linea elettrica o con altre linee di
potenza;
- Sezione dei fili inadeguata (consultare l'apposito paragrafo a pag.25);
- Tensione di rete inferiore del 10% di quanto indicato nei dati di targa
dell'alimentatore.
Non funziona la serratura elettrica:
- Verificare che la tensione tra i morsetti della serratura elettrica sia
superiore a 10Vac con il pulsante "apri-porta" premuto;
- Sezione dei fili inadeguata (consultare l'apposito paragrafo a pag.25);
- Fili verso la serratura interrotti o in corto circuito;
- Serratura elettrica difettosa;
- Portiere elettrico difettoso.

IMPIANTI INTERCOMUNICANTI

Chiamata tra intercomunicanti non funzionante:
- Verificare le tensioni d'alimentazione dell'Art.510N;
- Fili "T" o "–" interrotti;
- Art.510N difettoso.
