Test point:R384，as component displacement plot 3.
Purpose: To make sure the control signal emitting from the E-syren to the transceiver is
correct. In this test, use the oscilloscope. The amplitude of the measured signal
would change with the different DAC values. The amplitudes would distribute
among 1.5~1.8 V.
