f. After charging is finished, pin#2 of R139 (GP35_CHARGING_ST1) shall be high (3.3V) and
pin#2 of R138 (GP86_CHARGING_ST2) shall be low (0V).
g. R23 and R61 (HDQ) shall have correct signals with (high –> 2.8V and low –> 0V).
