BASIC SETTINGS
To adjust handset volume
Press the Scroll UP / DOWN key in the off‐hook status
or during a call.
To adjust speaker volume
Press the Scroll UP / DOWN key during speaker phone
operation, or during a call that is being played on the
speaker.
To adjust ring tone volume
Press the Scroll UP / DOWN key during ringing.
To adjust LCD contrast
Press the Scroll UP / DOWN key when in idle mode to
adjust the LCD contrast.
MAKING CALLS
1. Lift the handset or press the Speaker key to
receive dial tone.
2. Enter the telephone number of the required
party.
CONFERENCE CALLS
1. While on a call, select the Transfer key.
2. Dial desired number.
3. After call is answered, pres the Conf Soft key
4. Three‐way conference is established.

TRANSFERRING CALLS
1. While on a call press the Transfer key.
2. Dial destination telephone, hang up or wait for
answer.
CALL HISTORY
To view information about Outgoing Calls (OG) and
Incoming Calls (IC) on your telephone
1. Press the HIST (History) soft key.
2. Press the OG Soft Key to view Outgoing Calls or
the IC Soft Key to view Incoming Calls
3. Press the UP/DOWN keys to go through the list.
SPEED DIAL KEYS
Ask your system administrator for more details if you
cannot configure programmable keys.
To configure a Programmable Key as a Speed Dial
key
1. When the phone is in idle state, press the
Feature Key. The LED is switched ON.
2. Press the desired Programmable Key which must
act as a Speed Dial Key.
3. Use the keypad to enter the number information
for the Speed Dial. Only digits, * and # are
accepted as numerical input in a Speed Dial Key.
4. Press the Feature Key. The LED is switched OFF.
To originate a call from a Speed Dial Key
1. Press the desired Speed Dial Key, or
2. Lift the handset and press the desired Speed Dial
Key, or
3. Press the Speaker Key and press the desired
Speed Dial Key.

FUNCTION KEYS
One or more Programmable Keys can be pre‐
programmed with a dedicated function or a
telephone number.
Ask your system administrator for more details.
Function
Pressing this key activates the function. You have to
do it while off‐hook. The corresponding LED is
switched ON.
Pressing the key once more de‐activates the function.
You have to do it while off‐hook. The corresponding
LED is switched OFF.
