Compass

There is a compass on the screen's map
image that shows the direction in which the
front of the car is pointing.
The red tip of the compass
needle points north and the
white end points south. A
text-based compass direc-
tion can also be selected as
an alternative to the graphic
compass, see (p. 63).

Voice guidance

After a destination (p. 41) has been entered
and the car approaches a junction or exit, a
voice message states distance and type of
next manoeuvre. Shown at the same time is a
detailed map of the junction (p. 30). The voice
guidance message is repeated closer to the
junction.
The volume can be adjusted with the audio
unit's volume button (during ongoing voice
message).
To repeat a message:

Press twice on the OK button.

NOTE
There is no voice guidance during a cur-
rent call with a Bluetooth-connected
mobile phone.
