Making crêpes
Turn the control knob to level 4.

Wait until the green indicator light goes out.

Pour the crêpe mixture into the middle of the baking plate and

spread it uniformly over the plate.
The size of the crêpe depends on the amount of mixture you use.
Turn over the crêpe as quickly as possible.

As a rule the crêpe only needs to be baked for a few seconds on
each side.
Grilling of meat and sausages
Different temperatures are preferred for grilling.
Turn the control knob to the desired temperature level; see

table in chapter Operating elements.
Wait until the green indicator light goes out.

Place the food to be grilled onto the baking plate.

NOTE
During grilling of meat or sausage, the fat runs into the re-
►
cess provided around the edge of the baking plate. Remove
the fat after grilling using a soft absorbent cloth after the
appliance has cooled down.

Switch off appliance

After use, turn the control knob in anti-clockwise direction as far
as it will go (OFF) and pull the mains plug out of the plug socket.
