Starting baking.

NOTE
If the temperature drops, the thermostat and hence also the

green indicator light switches on again automatically and
brings the temperature up to the set level again.
Making pita bread
Turn the control knob to level 5.

Wait until the green indicator light goes out.
‹
Roll out the dough to not more than the diameter of the bak-
‹
ing plate.
Place the dough onto the baking plate to bake.
‹
Turn over the bread to see how well done it already is.
‹
As a rule the bread needs to be baked for roughly 1 minute on
each side.
