Problem
Clean out airways
,
appears after a
programme has
been cancelled.
The laundry is
not properly dry.
A prompt which has not
been described
previously appears in the
display.
* To delete an error message: Switch the dryer off and then on again.
Possible cause
The cool air intake panel
is blocked.
An excessive amount of
fluff has built up.
The temperature in the
room has risen sharply.
To prevent the heat
pump overheating, the
dryer has cancelled the
drying process with a
cooling down phase.
A programme cannot be
started while there is a
fault message in the
display.
Problem solving guide
Remedy*
– Move any objects,
such as a laundry
basket, away from the
panel.
– Check and clean the
surfaces of the fluff
filters and all the fine
filters.
– Use a vacuum cleaner
(with the dusting brush
attached) to carefully
vacuum the inside of
the dryer in front of the
heat exchanger unit.
– Open a door or
window to keep the
room temperature
down.
– Wait until the room has
cooled down before
restarting the
programme.
– Follow the instructions
in the display.
– If a programme still
cannot be started, call
the Service
Department.
