The inability to add a new code to the Rosslare AC-G43 when entering the position code (013) and both lights are green could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Programming Mode Not Activated: Ensure the controller is in Programming Mode before attempting to add a new code. 2. Code Already Exists: The position code (013) may already be assigned, preventing a new entry. 3. Memory Limit Reached: The controller may have reached the maximum number of stored codes. 4. Incorrect Entry Sequence: Verify that the correct steps for adding a new code are being followed according to the manual. 5. System in Secure Mode: If the system is in Secure Mode, certain programming functions may be restricted. 6. Hardware or Firmware Issue: A malfunction or firmware issue may prevent new codes from being added.
Try resetting the controller or checking the manual for the correct programming steps.
