Troubleshooting

If the device is defective, do not attempt to repair it yourself, in case of damage, contact the
listed customer service department.
Problem
Device does not turn on.
Possible Cause
Handle is folded up.
Timer has not been set.
Unit is not plugged in
Device is defective.
Solution
Fold handle down until it snaps
into place.
Set the timer to the desired
setting.
Connect the unit to a power
outlet.
Unplug the unit and contact
customer service.
DO NOT use the unit.
