Any damage that occurs to a boat in a dealer’s inventory from weathering, theft, vandalism or failure to adequately protect the boat from environmental conditions will not be covered under any Chaparral factory warranty.
  • Page 80 LIMITATION OF REMEDIES (1) Chaparral’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the cost of repair of the warranted item or replacement thereof, at Chaparral’s sole option, when returned prepaid to Chaparral or other point of repair authorized by Chaparral.
