TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

Your Rebel Treadmill 1000 was tested extensively to ensure proper and safe functioning. In
the event that you experience a problem with the machine, refer to these possible solutions.
If the display on the control panel will not illuminate:
The machine's power sources could be compromised.
o Check the master power switch at the front of the machine to ensure it is in the
ON position.
o Inspect the supply cord to ensure that it is fully connected to the outlet and the
machine.
o Inspect the wire from the control panel to ensure it is fully connected to the back
of the control panel.
The machine's electrical overload protection could have been activated.
o Turn the machine OFF. Wait five seconds. Turn the machine ON and press
START.
If the display shows "E1":
The machine's electrical overload protection could have been activated.
o Turn the machine OFF. Wait five seconds. Turn the machine ON and press
START.
o To avoid this happening in the future, also check the electrical system to ensure
that it can handle the machine's electrical requirements.
There may be too much friction between the treadmill belt and deck. See the
instructions on lubricating the treadmill belt and adjusting the belt.
The machine may have a problem that requires servicing by a professional, such as an
RPM sensor problem, the sensor wire is disconnected or improperly connected, the
console wires are not connected properly, or the controller is damaged.
If the digits on the control panel display are scrambled:
The control panel may be damaged and require service by a professional.
