4. TROUBLE SHOOTING
• Vibrator Trouble
VIBRATOR signal is High?
Vibrator is out of order.
START
Enter into Engineering Mode
and select Vibrator
Connection between
FPCB and board is OK?
Yes
CN400, FPCB, Vibrator are
soldered well?
Yes
Signal path is OK?
Yes
Yes
Rectangular wave (0.7V)
appears at pin2 of Q300?
Yes
Change the Vibrator
No
No
No
R303, Q300, R305, L301
No
No

Reconnect FPCB.
Resolder the CN400,
FPCB, Vibrator.
Resolder the R304,
Replace the U505.
MIDI IC is broken.
Change the Q300.
Q300 is broken.
