Troubleshooting
The following sounds are a result of normal operations during washing and drying. They do not
indicate malfunctions.

Problems with particular parts of the machine
Check the following before requesting repairs.
Symptom
Water can be heard
when the drum
rotates.
The water supply
noise is loud.
A beep is emitted
during drying
operations.

Unusual sounds
The circulation pump is taking in air.
This sound may be louder at certain points during operation.
A water shower is being sprayed during the wash or rinse cycle to reduce foaming.
The circulation pump is running.
The control board is being cooled.
The motors are running.
The drum gradually accelerates during the spin cycle. The sound will get louder as the
rotation speed increases.
The water and air inside the drain hose is mixing.
The fan and motors are running.
The fan noise may be louder at certain points during drying operations.
Cooling water is being sprayed for dehumidified drying.
The control board is being cooled.
The air released from the drain hose is mixing with the water inside the hose.
The dry filter is clogged, and the pressure inside the drum is changing.
Depending on the operating conditions, the amount of air that passes through the drain
hose increases, creating a louder sound.
Possible cause
This is the sound of the water inside the 5-Ply
Liquid Load Balancer used for balancing during
the spin cycle.
This does not mean that there is leftover water
in the drum.
Did you open the tap too far?
If the water pressure is high, the water supply
noise will be louder.
Is the dry filter inserted securely?
Source of sound
This is not a malfunction.
If this is a concern, close the tap slightly.
Insert the dry filter securely.
