features, or you have not
applied for services that
provide these features.
The battery or battery
charger is damaged.
The phone's
temperature is below
0°C or higher than 45 °C.
Poor contact between
the battery and
charger.
The standby time is
related to your network
signal strength and
radio applications you
have running
The battery is depleted. Use a new battery.
Possible solution
Contact your service
provider.
Try charging from a
computer USB port.
Contact the dealer.
Adjust the battery
charging environment
to avoid extremes of
temperature.
Check all connectors
to make sure all
connections have
been properly made.
If you are located in an
area of low network
signal, switch off Wi-Fi,
Bluetooth or select
Flight mode to
conserve power.
