Use the A and 7 cursor buttons to select the desired setting, then press
the ENTER button.
PLAYER MODE
The DVD video play mode can be set to play the DVD vrdeo contents
included on a DVD audio disc.
CAPTIONS
Remote control unit Remote control unit
Use this to set whether or not to drsplay the closed captions recorded
on DVDs.
COMPRESSION
Use this to set the dynamic range output when playrng drscs.
AUTO POWER MODE
To save power, DVD-3800's can automatically be set to the standby
mode when it is not used for long periods of time.
SLIDE SHOW
The time interval for switching to the next still picture when playing
slide shows of still pictures (in JPEG format) can be set.
Use the A and v cursor buttons to select the desired setting, then press
the ENTER button.
@ When "PLAYER MODE" is selected:
AUDIO (Factory default)
Remote control unit Remote control unit
Set this to play the DVD audio signals as such.
VIDEO
Set this to play the DVD video contents included on a DVD audio
disc.
