Possible Cause
The battery or charger is
damaged.
The temperature is lower than 0
°C or higher than 45 °C.
The battery is not connected well
with charger.
Standby time depends on the
setting by network service
provider, and varies from provider
to provider.
Battery power is run out.
Network connection failure
The battery power is run out.
UIM card is failed or damaged.
UIM card is not inserted correctly. Insert the UIM card correctly.
The metal contacts of UIM card
are dirty.
Solution
Contact your local dealer.
Avoid charging battery at too low or
high temperature.
Connect again, and make sure the
cables are connected correctly.
Power off the mobile phone.
Replace the battery.
Move to the area with network, or
power off the mobile phone.
Charge the battery.
Return the UIM card to network
service provider to test.
Clean the metal contacts with soft and
dry cloth.
