NOTE: Check the fuel meter with the
motorcycle held vertically. Fuel meter
does not indicate correctly when the
motorcycle is placed on the side stand.
COOLANT TEMPERATURE
INDICATOR LIGHT "" 3
This indicator comes on when the cool-
ant temperature is too high.
CAUTION
Running the engine with high engine
coolant temperature can cause seri-
ous engine damage. If the engine
coolant temperature indicator light
comes on, stop the engine to let it
cool.
Do not run the engine until the cool-
ant temperature indicator light goes
out.
