    VU meters. The VU meters will always meter the selected audio signal regardless of the status of the amplifier. The OMX-DEM100 is provided with an earphone jack located on the front panel. To use this jack you must LOWER THE LEVEL OF THE AMPLIFIER BEFORE INSERTING THE HEADPHONES.
