    INSTALLING THE BLOWER Open the blower kit and remove the thermal disc from the bracket. Remove the speed control bracket 7.2.1 from the burner base assembly, install the thermal disc and speed control switch onto the speed control bracket and reattach to the burner base. Reverse procedure to re-assemble.

    JUNCTION BOX INSTALLATION Remove the two screws that secure the junction box assembly to the outer 8.3.1 shell on the left side of the fi re place and remove the junction box assembly. Remove the one screw that secures the junction box to the junction box 8.3.2 plate and slide off the clip.

    10.0 ADJUSTMENT 10.1 PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT Inlet pressure can be checked by turning screw (A) counter-clockwise until loosened and then placing pressure gauge tubing over the test point. Gauge should read 7” (minimum 4.5”) water column for natural gas or 13” (11” minimum) water column for propane. Check that main burner is operating on “HI”.

    10.4 FLAME CHARACTERISTICS It’s important to periodically perform a visual check of the pilot and burner fl ames. Compare them to the illustrations provided.     11.1 LAMP REPLACEMENT This appliance comes equipped with our “Night Light™”. If in the event the lamp needs to be replaced, follow these instructions. 11.1.1 Turn off all electrical supply. 11.1.2 Remove the glass door, see “DOOR REMOVAL / INSTALLATION” section. 11.1.3 Unscrew the lens cover and lift the lamp straight out.
