Overtemp During Filter Cycle
In order to prevent excessive water temperatures due to long Filter cycles during warm weather, the
system has a special safeguard.
If the water temperature exceeds the set point by more then 2
Filter cycle and the Filter cycle icon will blink for the remainder of the filter cycle. The Filter cycle
icon blink pattern will be: ON for 1/2 second, OFF for 1/2 second, ON for 1/2 second, then fi-
nally OFF for 1 1/2 seconds. This sequence will then repeat. The filtration cycle will automatically
reset itself once the water temperature falls below the set point.

Press on the Filter Cycle key. The display will
show Fd XX where XX represents the
number of hours Pump 1 will be operating
at low speed.
Use the Up & Down arrow keys to change
the number of hours.
00 = no filtration
01 = 1 hour/cycle
02 = 2 hour/cycle
Press the Filter Cycle Key again, enter the
duration. The display now shows the num-
ber of cycles (FFxx) where "xx" is the num-
ber of cycles in a 24 hour period. You can
select from 1 cycle to 4 cycles per day using
the arrow keys. When the desired setting is
displayed, press the Filter key to accept it. A
filter cycle will start immediately.
The Filter Cycle triangular icon will appear
on the display when a filter cycle is on.
