DECT 6.0 digital technology

Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications (DECT) 6.0 is a new
frequency band that transmits your voice across multiple channels.
This technology provides superior quality of voice and sound, high
protection against wiretapping and better range than 2.4 GHz and
5.8 GHz phone systems, while not interfering with wireless routers.

Operating range

This cordless speakerphone operates within the maximum power
allowed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Even
so, this speakerphone and base can communicate over only a
certain distance — which can vary with the locations of the base
and speakerphone, the weather, and the construction of your
home or office.

Simulated full-duplex speakerphone

The simulated full-duplex speakerphone on your speakerphone
allows both ends of a call to speak and be heard at the same
time. Optimal performance is subject to external factors and
individual usage.
