Information on the LCD display:
When the phone is in different mode, the LCD display shows different icons.
Shows the current signal strength. The greater the number
of bars, the stronger the signal.
Indicates the line is engaged.

In standby mode, this icon will appear at the right of the
date if you have activated sleep mode.
This icon appears when you set an alarm to ring at a
specified time.
Indicates the microphone is temporarily muted during a
conversation.
Indicates the handsfree function is enabled.
Indicates you have missed one or more calls, and it will
disappear until you view the detail of the missed calls.

The icon appears when lock the keypad.

Setting Call Barring
You can set the phone to restrict numbers that can be dialled. Calls
beginning with the numbers you specify using this menu can not be dialled.
You can set up to 5 different restricted numbers containing up to 5 digits
each.
